Building the intelligence infrastructure for the AI-native era.
Artificial intelligence is fundamentally changing how software is built and how organizations operate.
Every day, people collaborate with AI to write code, solve problems, make decisions, review work, automate processes, and create entirely new workflows. These interactions generate something far more valuable than output alone. They generate organizational intelligence. Every prompt captures intent, every workflow captures process, every decision captures expertise, and every correction captures knowledge.
Yet most of this intelligence disappears the moment the work is finished, scattered across editors, terminals, chat windows, repositories, and AI tools. We believe that is one of the biggest missed opportunities of the AI era.
Our Mission
Our mission is to help organizations capture, govern, and build on the intelligence created through everyday interactions with AI. As AI becomes a core part of every team's workflow, organizations are not just generating more content. They are creating a proprietary layer of knowledge unique to how they think, build, and operate.
We believe this intelligence should remain under the organization's control, be searchable, reusable, and continuously improve the way people and AI work together.
Why We Started with Developers
Software engineering is where AI collaboration is happening at the highest velocity. Developers interact with AI hundreds of times a day, writing prompts, generating code, debugging issues, reviewing changes, running terminal commands, and coordinating multiple coding agents throughout a project.
This creates one of the richest sources of AI interaction data inside any organization. That is why Wardy's first product is an extension for AI-powered development environments. It automatically captures and organizes AI coding interactions into a structured, searchable history while keeping everything local and under your control. It is the first building block toward a much larger vision.
Our Vision
We believe every organization will become AI-native. In the coming years, employees will not work alongside a single AI assistant. They will collaborate with fleets of specialized AI agents across engineering, design, operations, finance, sales, research, and customer support.
These interactions will generate an entirely new category of enterprise data. Not customer data, not application data, but AI interaction data. This data represents how an organization solves problems, makes decisions, builds products, and develops expertise. Unlike public datasets or foundation models, it is proprietary, continuously evolving, and impossible for competitors to replicate.
The organizations that learn to preserve and build on this intelligence will not simply use AI more effectively. They will create a compounding advantage that grows with every interaction.
Privacy by Design
Organizational intelligence belongs to the organization that creates it. That is why Wardy is built with a local-first philosophy. Your prompts, conversations, workflows, code, and AI interaction data remain under your control, not ours. Wardy is designed to work within your environment, giving you the benefits of structured AI intelligence without requiring you to hand over your most valuable data.
Looking Ahead
Wardy begins with AI-assisted software development, but our vision extends far beyond the IDE. We are building the infrastructure that enables organizations to collect, organize, govern, and build on AI interaction data across every team, every workflow, and every AI agent.
The future will not be defined only by the intelligence of AI models. It will be defined by the intelligence organizations create while using them. We are building for that future.
